Projects Under Review

Application and supporting data provide detailed information regarding projects that have submitted a formal land use application.  Land use applications are presented to the Gypsum Planning & Zoning Commission and/or Town Council as required by Municipal Code. The Active Development Log below shows development projects currently under review by the Town of Gypsum.  Updates are provided as information becomes available. The general public may attend the public hearings to hear issues and to express their opinions and/or may submit written comments to be considered at the hearing. Written comments should be submitted to the Community Development Director at 50 Lundgren Boulevard, Gypsum, Colorado between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays, or by email to lana@townofgypsum.com no later than one (1) week prior to scheduled meeting date.
