Application and supporting data provide detailed information regarding projects that have submitted a formal land use application.  Land use applications are presented to the Gypsum Planning Commission and/or Town Council as required by Municipal Code. The Active Development Log below shows development projects currently under review by the Town of Gypsum.  For questions please contact the Planner assigned to the project.
