Liquor License

In order to sell liquor permanently or temporarily from your place of business, you must have a Liquor License. You may obtain a Liquor License Application from the Town Clerk at Gypsum Town Hall or by printing the form on-line. NOTE: The Packet is large and will take some time to load electronically, please be patient.

    All applicants must complete and pass a background history check through CBI. Fingerprint cards are available at the Eagle County Sheriff’s Department, located at 885 East Chambers Avenue in Eagle. Fingerprints are $15.  For questions, contact the Sheriff's department at (970) 328-8500.

    Once you have completed and submitted the application packet, your Liquor License will approved by the Gypsum Liquor License Authority and then mailed to the State of Colorado for final approval.For Liquor License questions that pertain to the Town of Gypsum requirements for liquor license applicants, please contact Danette Schlegel, Town Clerk at (970) 524-1738.
