Community Development
The Planning & Zoning Department along with the Building Department make up our community development team. You can find the Planning & Zoning staff as well as the Town Engineers in the main Town Hall building located at 50 Lundgren Blvd. The Building Department staff can be found at the Town of Gypsum's Annex Building, in the log cabin just above Town Hall at 3293 Cooley Mesa Road.
