What is your routine? Stephanie hits the gym pretty much every morning at 5am.
What is your favorite healthy/unhealthy food? She loves avocados for healthy food and for unhealthy with no hesitation she says French fries with ranch!
What activities are you involved in? With 3 kids she spends lots of time riding bikes and playing basket ball with them and just being an awesome mom!
Anything else? Stephanie was encouraged by her husband to start going to the gym with him - this way they get more together time and can work out with each other.
