Properties by Zone

Property owners of ADUs that were in use prior to adoption of this Section 18.10.040 ("Existing ADUs"), must submit an application for an ADU permit pursuant to the following schedule:

Zone 1: 
All properties north of Eagle Street and north of Highway 6 must submit a completed ADU permit between July 1, 2017, and August 31, 2017.
Zone 1 OPEN HOUSE on SATURDAY, JULY 8TH, from 9 AM to 12 PM.  The Community Development and Buildings staff will be on hand to answer questions and assist residents with completing permit applications.  

Zone 2: 
All properties south of Eagle Street and west of Valley Road/Gypsum Creek Road must submit a completed ADU permit between September 1, 2017, and October 31, 2017.
Zone 2 OPEN HOUSE on SATURDAY, September 9th, from 9 AM to 12 PM.  The Community Development and Buildings staff will be on hand to answer questions and assist residents with completing permit applications.  

Zone 3: 
All properties east of Valley Road/Gypsum Creek Road and south of Highway 6 must submit a completed ADU permit between November 1, 2017, and December 31, 2017
Zone 3 OPEN HOUSE on SATURDAY, November 4th, from 9 AM to 12 PM.  The Community Development and Buildings staff will be on hand to answer questions and assist residents with completing permit applications.
