Property owners who are considering subdividing their property would be subject to the following applications depending upon the stage of the subdivision process.  Buildings or residential units seeking to condominiumize an existing building would also need to complete the subdivision process (i.e. splitting a duplex in half or splitting a commercial building for multiple tenants).  Title 17 Subdivision, Title 18 Zoning, and Title 13 Public Services should be reviewed by the applicant for these processes.
