Town Clerk's Office

The office of the Clerk prepares agenda materials, packets, and minutes for Town Board meetings; attends Board meetings; serves as Clerk of the Board; keeps an accurate record of all the official acts of the Board; manages liquor licenses; conducts Regular Municipal and Special Elections; coordinates records management functions; and is the custodian of the Town seal and shall affix the Town seal to such documents as the law or the Town Council requires. The office also processes real estate transfer tax payments.
