The Colorado Department of Wildlife along with the Town of Gypsum and ECO Transit offer folks of all ages the Fishing is Fun event at Gypsum Ponds Thursday, July 15 at 5:00 pm. 

Park along the Gypsum Shooting Range road and hop onto the ECO bus (shuttle begins at 4:45pm) for a ride to the Gypsum ponds. The Colorado Department of Wildlife stocks the pond with thousands of rainbow trout.

Local fishing guides will help the younger fishermen with baiting, casting and detangling. The event runs from 5:00 pm until the last shuttle pick up at 7:00 pm. No fishing license needed for this event.
