Proposed Projects & Developments Currently Under Review

Land use project applications and supporting data are submitted to the Town for the Planning Commission and/or Town Council to review and approve as required by the Municipal Code.   

Design Review Applications and supporting data for the Master Plan Design Guidelines and Airport Gateway are submitted to the Town for Design Review Board to review and approval as required by the Municipal Code. 

The public is welcome to attend Design Review Board meetings, Planning Commission meetings, and/or Town Council meetings to learn and ask questions about these projects when they are on the agenda. Written comments on projects may be submitted to Lana Bryce Community Development Director or James Wooldridge Planner II no later than one week prior to scheduled meeting date or unless otherwise specified.
