Property owners considering subdividing property are subject to the below applications depending upon the stage of the subdivision process. Buildings or residential units seeking to “condominiumize” an existing building also need to complete the subdivision process (i.e. splitting a duplex in half or splitting a commercial building for multiple tenants).
