- In house reviews and inspections that provide more timely responses to our community questions, inspections, corrections, and occupancy rather than contracting with the state or private organizations
Fire Impact Fees

- Capital items such as buildings, trucks, protection gear, and equipment for the Gypsum Fire District or the Greater Eagle Fire Protection District. Gypsum collects fire impact fees for all residential and commercial structures on behalf of both of these entities depending upon the property location
Law Enforcement Impact Fees

- Gypsum's contract with the Eagle County Sheriff’s office for law enforcement services and police vehicles serving our the Gypsum community
School Impact Fees

- Impacts of additional students created by new residential subdivisions in Gypsum Gypsum collects the school impact fees for all residential units on behalf of the Eagle County School District.
Trash Impact Fees

- Trash trucks and service for subdivisions that build streets to town standards and request trash removal services from Gypsum. Otherwise, private trash haulers are used.
Recreation Fees

- New recreation benefits for the community or maintain existing facilities such as Gypsum Recreation Center, numerous town parks, athletic fields, bike paths, Gypsum Shooting Sports Park, Dry Lake Motocross Park, etc.
