Title 12 of the Gypsum Municipal Code addresses topics such as street access, excavation and construction, maintenance of, including snow removal on sidewalks and streets, public park hours, and trespassing on public property. 

The Town of Gypsum Public Works Department is dedicated to keeping our streets and parks in good shape. Public Works can assist with problems including but not limited to: Potholes, missing or damaged signs, streets in need of sweeping, broken park equipment, graffiti, and irrigation problems on Town property.
