Title 8 of the Gypsum Municipal Code addresses topics such as garbage, trash & junk, weed control, graffiti, the right to farm and ranch, nuisances, and blight, such as property that is disrepair or broken and a potential danger to the public, particularly children. 

Please note that the Town of Gypsum offers an annual Community Clean Up Day to assist in proper disposal and recycling of large trash items and yard debris.
