Title 12.05.010 of the Gypsum Municipal Code addresses the rules and fines related to clearing public sidewalks and walkways within or abutting your property or dwelling of any accumulation of snow, ice, sleet, and hail no later than noon the day following the accumulation. Also, when shoveling and removing snow, ice, sleet, or hail from your personal property, please do not shovel it into the streets.
