The office of the Town Clerk prepares agenda materials, packets, and minutes for Council Meetings, and records all official acts of the Council. The Town Clerk also conducts municipal elections, is the custodian of the town seal, coordinates all records management functions, and serves as the Municipal Court Clerk.

The Town Clerk also receives all Open Records Requests and Donation Requests, and processes retail and special event liquor licenses, retail tobacco licenses, and real estate transfer tax exemptions.
